I was introduced to Beekeeping from an early age by an Uncle back in Scotland where I grew up.  When my wife and I were fortunate to buy our small ranch in North Texas we decided to make use of the land around us and raise bees and produce local honey.  From May to July the local wildflowers produce a unique flavor of Honey we are told by our customers
